• You can pay through this website using any major credit card or debit card! You can also pay via e-transfer in-person. An invoice is sent after completion of the appointment. If you paid in person with cash and or e-transfer, the invoice will act as solely a receipt! If you would like to pay through the website, you can pay directly through the invoice.

  • Yes, the deposit is required for in-person services, BUT it is applied to the total cost of your nails! That means the $20 deposit can decrease the final cost of your luxury nail service! If you decide you want to cancel up to 24 hours in advance, I will refund your deposit!

  • Only two chairs and an outlet is needed! Nessa provides everything else, including a desk with ventilation! Super easy to set up.

  • Click here to see list of our colour options for you to choose from! If you have any additional colours you would like, please email polishedbynessa6@gmail.com, or provide a reference picture at the time of booking and Nessa will colour match everything before your appointment. Quick and easy!

  • Nessa offers an application guide in every press on kit! If you need additional help or want a complete manicure with your press ons, you can book an appointment for Nessa to apply them for you! Just wait for your press ons to come in the mail which takes roughly 2-5 business days, and then book your appointment!

  • On average, it is professionally recommended to rebook the same day of your appointment for 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure you get the best time slot that works for you!

  • Yes! Nessa understands that things can happen that require clients to change their appointment time or date. You are able to make changes to the date and time of the appointment up to 24 hours in advance! If for example you would like to alter the time the day of because you are running late, just email polishedbynessa6@gmail.com and Nessa can update the time for you! Please note that if the time you want is unavailable, you will need to book for a different day but you will NOT need a new deposit! The one previously paid will be automatically applied to the new appointment, no questions asked!
